Head, Revenue Operations
CandidPro
Jordan has a breadth of operational experience in everything from customer success and product to GTM sales and revenue strategy. He is currently the Head of Revenue Operations at Candid, where, as one of the company’s earliest employees, he’s been through a plethora of corporate growth and strategic adjustments. During his tenure, Jordan has always maintained a “learn by doing” approach and, consequently, spent time in many strategic roles, most recently creating and building out the revenue operations vertical, which directly supports all of GTM, finance, and marketing. In addition to co-developing the B2B model that is now Candid’s entire business, Jordan worked closely with the executive team to construct the company’s overall revenue strategy. When Jordan isn’t thinking about MRR, he lives in Jersey City and loves baseball, reading, and spending time with his fiancĂ© and pup. Three interesting facts about Jordan: (1) He used to work as a sportscaster in professional baseball; (2) His favorite food is anything Lebanese (He is 4th generation Lebanese-American); (3) He has lived in the Midwest & on both US coasts

Panel discussion: Build vs buy? Designing an AI stack that actually works
As AI floods the RevTech landscape, RevOps teams are stuck between two paths: invest in building tailored, in-house AI capabilities or rely on off‑the‑shelf platforms that promise “instant intelligence.” This panel brings together RevOps leaders to unpack the trade-offs - cost, speed, control, and risk - and share real stories of what worked, what didn’t, and what they’d do differently. You’ll learn how to: - Evaluate when it makes sense to build custom AI (e.g., routing, scoring, forecasting) versus standardizing on vendor capabilities - Weigh total cost of ownership: data infrastructure, engineering support, model maintenance, and vendor lock-in - Create a practical decision framework that RevOps can use with product, data, and finance to choose the right AI approach for your revenue engine
