Carlos Hernandez is a go-to-market and revenue execution advisor who helps B2B teams turn AI from hype into practical, repeatable workflows.
He works directly with revenue organizations to fix the fundamentals that AI depends on, clear ICPs, problem-centric messaging, and consistent discovery, so that AI becomes a multiplier instead of a source of noise. Carlos brings an operatorâs perspective shaped by leading growth and global expansion in multiple scaleups through to acquisition, including SSIMWAVE (acquired by IMAX), Sandvine (acquired by Procera Networks), and SlipStream Data (acquired by BlackBerry).
In his current work, including hands-on GTM execution with Preseem, he focuses on how teams actually adopt AI, simplifying workflows, coaching teams, and building systems that improve pipeline quality and win rates without adding unnecessary complexity.
Carlos complements his practical experience with academic work. He teaches entrepreneurship and international business at Toronto Metropolitan University and University of Guelph, and advises student projects in the Queenâs-Cornell Executive MBA.
