Christian Smith is the Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer for Splunk. With more than 25 years of experience, he is responsible for all commercial business worldwide including global sales, renewals, sales engineering as well as partnerships and alliances. Prior to joining Splunk, Christian served as Chief Revenue Officer for Nintex and led its global go-to-market including sales, channel programs, field marketing as well as customer success and support. He also held leadership roles at Oracle, ATG and Daptiv. Christian has served as a member of the board of directors of Atlassian, a team collaboration and productivity software provider, since January 2025. He holds a B.A. from the University of Washington.
