Warren Zenna is the Founder and CEO of The CRO Collective, a B2B consultancy focused on solving revenue misalignment by redefining and enabling the role of the Chief Revenue Officer. Since launching in 2019, The CRO Collective has partnered with CEOs and CROs to re-engineer revenue strategies and operations that align with the complex demands of modern B2B growth. The firm offers consulting, advisory services, and development programs to support CRO effectiveness. Warren is also the founder of Zenna Consulting Group, established in 2012, which advises B2B and B2C companies on organic growth and go-to-market strategy. A seasoned sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience, Warren has held leadership roles at top digital agencies including Havas Media Group and Publicis Groupe, working with major brands like Microsoft, Citi, Samsung, and AstraZeneca. He has also led business development efforts at firms like iCrossing and Zeta Interactive. Warren holds a BFA from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School. He’s a frequent speaker, podcast guest, and contributor to Ad Age, Forbes, and MediaPost, and a former jury member for the MMA Smarties Awards. He has served as Chairperson of the Revenue Enablement Alliance CRO Summits for the past three years and has been based in New York City since 1987.
