Lisa is the global head of revenue enablement at Meltwater, where her team is responsible for all enablement programs for Meltwater’s global sales, success, and support teams. From spending college summers on the sales floor at Nordstrom to leading sales teams at Google, Lisa has worked in sales almost her entire career. After a decade in ad sales at Google, she transitioned into sales enablement at YouTube, followed by building and leading the revenue enablement team at SurveyMonkey prior to joining Meltwater in 2023 to scale the global enablement function. As a people manager and leader, Lisa prioritizes mentorship, coaching, ongoing learning, and creating an inclusive environment for people to do their best work. She is passionate about aligning teams to drive business results and empowering people to achieve their full potential.
